I am Ma. Antoinette A. Mallorca. I am currently employed in one of the banks in the Philippines as a Quality Assurance Analyst. My job is mainly to review the IT processes in the bank. I also handle document review, certification if our policies and processes are in compliance with our regulatory bodies, and other admin-related tasks.
