I have nearly 6 years of experience in the BPO industry working in customer service, operations, and team supervision. I started as a Customer Service Representative and later became an Operations Supervisor, where I handled both frontline support and back-end coordination for different accounts including healthcare, telecom, and subscription services.
My experience includes healthcare support such as medical records retrieval, insurance verification, prior authorization, and claims assistance, as well as customer service, technical support, retention, and sales-related tasks. I’ve also managed teams, handled reports, coordinated daily operations, and ensured tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Over the years, I’ve become comfortable working with structured processes, managing multiple priorities, and communicating with both clients and teams in fast-paced environments. I am reliable, organized, and able to adapt to different roles depending on business needs.
