I have 4 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, handling blended accounts in the financial, travel (Airbnb), and e-commerce sectors via chat, calls, and email.
In the freelance industry, I’ve been working for a year. My first freelance role was as a Customer Service Representative (Email Support) for an e-commerce account, which I held for 10 months. I also worked as an Appointment Setter for a Dropshipping business for 3 months.
I’m experienced with tools such as Shopify, Slack, Gorgias, Aircall, Zendesk, Citrix, -----------, ChatGPT, Front, Trello, Reamaze, Clockify, Notion, Sendcloud, Picqer, FreshDesk and Hubstaff.
Most recently, in my role as a Customer Service Manager, I was responsible for managing a team, handling escalations, creating macros and templates, and developing a compensation matrix for refunds. I also managed chargebacks filed through Shopify and Tazapay.
