I have a working experiences as technical support for 1 year and a half. I supported a moblie phone which is a Tracfone and NET10. I also supported an HP Printer. After with my previous companies, I worked as a Global Software Support for 14 years. I supported Point of Sale(POS) and SelfServ Checkout(SSCO). My task was to analyze logs and replicate issues from the store. Then, I escalated software issues to the development team for further analysis.
