I began in lead data mining and was later trusted with quality assurance, HR support, CRM management, and day-to-day administrative operations. Those experiences taught me that meaningful support isn't just about completing tasks. It's about being someone others can rely on, paying attention to the details, communicating honestly, and taking ownership of the work I'm trusted with.
