Since April 2019 (to date), I have been employed as a Virtual Assistant with Sixeleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. During the initial 1.6 years of my tenure, I supported project-based clients in scaling their operations.
My responsibilities included a wide range of tasks, such as customer service, social media management, basic audio and video editing, appointment setting, lead mining, research CRMs, and graphic designs.
In November 2020 (present), I transitioned to a new role with a Nevada-based incorporating/registered agent company where I am tasked with managing backend operations.
As part of my responsibilities, I oversee filing management, customer service, entity renewal, registration, and dissolutions. Additionally, I create email campaigns in Keap/Infusionsoft and integrate software using Zapier (Calendly to Keap; 123 Form Builder to KEAP).
I also leverage my advanced skills in spreadsheet management to create tracking systems that monitor key performance indicators such as renewal rates, lead conversion rates, and revenues.
By collaborating with the team, I was able to optimize the existing process and enhance its efficiency by 20%. I also established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and scalability within the organization.
