I spent more than 6 years working as a Cash Handling Specialist in a private hospital. I am pursuing my college degree with a major in information technology while working full-time. Working and studying at the same time is difficult, but I have shown that it is achievable if you are persistent, focused, and have the determination to complete what you have to do. I excelled in my graduation. I am able to effectively manage my time while in the hospital without sacrificing my productivity at work. Handling cash transactions, preparing Daily Collection Reports for review by my supervisor, balancing reports, encoding HMO claims, releasing doctors' professional fees, issuing checks to stakeholders, encoding and printing checks, issuing discharge clearance, and confirming a patient's eligibility for insurance are all part of my job description.
Being the family's sole provider made it difficult for me to pay for both my education and my family's necessities, so I began a small digital printing business. For any event, we provide printing services for shirts, mugs, IDs, and souvenirs. Here, I developed my abilities to edit images in Photoshop and create layouts for my clients.
During the pandemic I obtain a freelance job as a cold caller for a real estate investor.
I used to managed CRM such as Podio and Mojo dialer. My main task is to cold call different home owners and ask them if they are interested in selling their properties or would like to hear an offer. Once gathered basic information, I will be sending it to my acquisition manager.
My most recent position was as a Customer Support Assistant in one of the biggest financial and housing institutions in the Philippines, under the Credit Appraisal Division- Servicing Department. Throughout the period of three years, I reviewed home loan applications, contacted companies to verify employment, followed up with borrowers via email and phone, checked their credit, and verified their online identities. I signed up for a Master's program after being hired. I am accustomed to learning quickly. I have a strong desire to learn and am constantly seeking out new opportunities to develop my abilities.
