I have been working for a telecommunications company for 11 years. Since I am assigned in retail operations, I have been immersed in different assignments throughout our stores. My previous roles include: inventory management, sales specialist, admin support, QA specialist and customer service specialist. Now, I am currently connected with a US-based company as an account manager. My current role covers customer success support, cold calling, account management, webinar host and admin support.
