1. Prepares preliminary site inspections and schematic architectural circulation.
2. Provides clients with initial schematic floor plan design to inform the client of the possible circulation of their building for their approval.
3. Assists clients in obtaining necessary documents needed for building permit, sign and sealed by designated authorities.
4. Provides comprehensive contract for construction details, schedule of payments and contactor/client responsibility on the project.
5. Leads all phases of Project Planning, Administration and Management
