I have more than 4 years of experience in Appointment Setting for Senior Insurance (65+) Medicare, secondary Insurance like Supplemental and Advantage Plans and the like. Also had an experience in Solar campaigns, Roofing campaigns, and Energy Saving Device campaigns. I also dialed for the Home and Auto Insurance campaign as a Cold Caller, in Outbound and Inbound Calling, Chat Support and Email Support for 1800 Flowers and Event Planning.

I also have 11 successful years being part of an office-based company as Administrative Assistant and Accounting Assistant for Billing and Collection. I experienced dealing with different kinds of customers. Well trained when it comes to customer relations, handling customer complaints, queries via fax, phone and e-mail.
