I'm working since 2014, I don't have any experience in this kind of industry, but since 2014 I've been using computer applications and a company-owned system used for operation. I also trained as a customer service representative during my time in my first 2 jobs. I also worked as a data encoder at my part-time job last 2017. I want to change my career path and be a professional VA, what can I offer is my proficiency in the English language and also being computer literate using different platforms such as MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google (Calendar, Drive, Ads), Canva, Trello, and Simple Video Editing.
