I have worked in the BPO industry for almost 11 years now. I spent my early years taking in customer service inbound calls for a telco account, and had most of my years with the most recent company I've worked with where I was given the opportunity to grow as an individual and as a career woman. I've handled training sessions before I was promoted to a Team Lead and while I was still a customer service representative. Later on, I was promoted as a team lead handling teams taking in calls, chats, and social media manning customer service concerns. I have left the company as a Senior Team Lead with additional tasks of taking care of editing and creating macros/canned responses, creating/setting up chat shortcuts, and any necessary edits for our company's FAQs portion in our website.
