I am able to prepare/propose design schemes (Concept & Schematic Design Phase), develop design ideas and create design presentations (Design Development Phase), prepare working drawings (Construction Documentation Phase), coordinate with contractors/suppliers/client during bidding stage, conduct site inspections during implementation.
