Hello, I'm currently looking for a part-time job that is related to my experience. I'm currently residing in the Philippines, I have 4 years and 6 mos. experience in the BPO Industry. I'm experienced with both Customer Service and Technical support which is basically customer care. This is not only about supporting them but also it's about giving them a good experience to resolve their issue with the help of other colleagues who can give the best ----------- this line of work, it is very challenging to have new people and learn new things every day. So as you can say I'm always ready for new knowledge to learn and gain more experience. I always have this passion for learning new things, learning is power for me.
*2 years and 1 month in the ITO industry, started in the Field Service team and transferred to being a Product Trainer. I have this passion for training, I like sharing my best practices and transferring my knowledge to everyone in the field.
