I have the passion for helping organizations create and maintain effective HR policies that align with their goals and values. My experience includes benefits administration, COBRA, talent acquisition, leave of absence, disability, worker's compensation, ADA, payroll, timekeeping, onboarding and implementation. I am also well versed with in HR compliance, and have an understanding with state laws.
I am a strong collaborator and communicator both verbal and written. I enjoy brainstorming with a team to come up with different solutions to complex HR issues.
