I am skilled as a technical support expert where I handle different clients problem, provide troubleshooting steps, and ensure quality of service with the customers for the company's best interest. I was also a former Front desk personnel at a hotel, handling different customers, answering guest complaints, questions, and request, promote the hotel using different social media platforms. I am also trained as an English teacher as I major in English education. I have experience working as a transcription as well and have great typing speed and command of the English language.
