I am able to produce course material and interesting learning activities to promote efficient knowledge acquisition. I can edit and develop online learning materials and as well as creating learning experiences and environments. I also design learning activities, assignments, and assessments. Aside from this, I can also develop performance appraisal tool anchored to Kaplan and Norton's Balanced Scorecard that can be utilized in evaluating employee's performance. I can also create streamlined processes that are lean and efficient, eliminating wastes and non-value added steps. I am a lean six sigma trained. I can also perform other tasks depending on the clients' needs.
