I am able to use Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) efficiently, as well as other software such as Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Canva. I am also able to interact productively with people from different backgrounds, handle various customer service environments, provide basic client support, and write summary reports.
