I'm a Technical Virtual Assistant with a background in Computer Science (specializing in Machine Learning). I help with admin support, spreadsheet/Excel work, basic web and app troubleshooting, and content/video editing.
I've worked as a Technical Support Intern at a credit cooperative, where I built a registration system and optimized their payroll process. I've also done content creation work for Samsung, placed 3rd in a 24-hour hackathon, and co-authored a machine learning research paper presented at an international conference.
