I am looking for a virtual assistant job or a job related to project management.
I'm proficient with the following Microsoft Office apps: Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams, and Word. My Adobe Photoshop skills are above average. I'm confident I can quickly learn how to use any app because not only are my skills on the aforementioned apps self-taught, I also designed apps to be used in-house for my previous company. Other things that I'm skilled at are project management tools (Jira and Asana), Structured Query Language, and data mining.
I'm fluent with english (115/120 in TOEFL) and great at time management.
I was a project manager for over five years. I identified, prioritized, and delegated tasks. I came up with ways to measure the tasks' progress and demonstrated them to executives and stake holders. I provided support to department members and colleagues to make sure deadlines are met. I assured quality before marking tasks are completed. I retrospected to make sure the next project is handled better than the last. Lastly, I did admin work for my department.
