Before transitioning into automation, I spent over 3 years supporting customers in the US banking and healthcare industries with Fifth Third Bank and Blue Cross Blue Shield under banking compliance and HIPAA standards. That experience taught me how real operations work and why resilient, well-designed systems matter when handling real-world data and business processes.
