As a Customer Service, helping the customers and answer their concerns and inquiries. Website Development, modifying or updating website using some website developer (e.g WPS, Canva). Marketing Associate, help the business on their marketing campaigns, how are we going to market and inform customers or our product, and or product development. I've done some business plans for small entrepreneurs and provide analysis on their current operations and business status.
