• Implements strategic sourcing methodologies for job requisitions given by US-based clients using job boards and other web-based sourcing technologies.• Assesses profiles based on various job order parameters.• Works on job orders in differing complexities. Roles headhunted for varied from band-level zero to executive-level as senior as C-suite and board members.• Uses Boolean techniques to generate effective search strings.• Does active sourcing using such as LinkedIn RPS, CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, TheLadders, etc.; and passive sourcing through X-ray, deep web/Google search, and social media sites.• Builts a pipeline of qualified candidates to support client’s future organizational needs.• Calibrates with offshore recruiters and hiring managers to make sure that client’s instructions were aligned with the research team’s understanding of job requisitions as well as to ensure compliance to standard processes.• Uploads and maintains accurate candidate information in applicant tracking system (ATS).• Reaches out to sourced candidates through e-mail, responds to their inquiries, and endorses qualified profiles to the client.• Reports daily productivity through an end-of-day report.• Proactively does research to add new and effective sourcing methodologies and tools.• Mentors researchers to help them develop skills and competencies necessary for regularization and promotion.• Oversees a small team of Talent Acquisition Specialists who are responsible for executive search and organizational mapping. Direct reports provide non-voice research support to a client with global presence. Regions covered include North America and EMEA.• Manages performance and engages with members to discuss key performance indicators (KPIs).• Does bi-weekly or monthly coaching to drive performance, correct behavior, improve skill, and develop/align competencies.• Does root cause analysis to identify appropriate SMART action plans during performance interventions or coaching.• Facilitates regular calibration meetings with members to analyze job requests and provide updates relating to client feedback, process compliance, and company announcements.• Updates and maintains different client reporting database to monitor volume, quality, and utilization.• Utilizes an HRIS to set direct reports’ schedule, and to track attendance and leaves.• Participates in brainstorming sessions with other team managers to discuss employee value/satisfaction, manage attrition, and to continuously improve account processes.
