I received my bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at the University of San Jose-Recolotes in Cebu City, Philippines. I am a licensed Civil Engineer and a registered Master Plumber in the Philippines. I worked before as an Office Engineer for Priland Development Corporation, a local developer, which exposed me to construction project management along with solving technical issues such as creating revised plans and estimates. I also did some freelancing as a project estimator for Williams Corporation, an Australian Developer Company and for Floor Zone LLC, an American subcontractor. My main job for those companies was to do the estimates for exterior and interior finishes, along with creating quotes.
