I am a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in administrative support, e-commerce, customer service, order processing, inventory tracking, expense monitoring, data entry, and Google Sheets.
I have hands-on experience working with a jewelry business, where I handle various administrative and e-commerce tasks such as monitoring orders, tracking shipments, updating customer information, coordinating with clients, preparing shipping details, following up on payments, and assisting with day-to-day business operations.
I am also familiar with international shipping and logistics, including FedEx, DHL, and EMS. I understand the importance of accurate tracking, proper documentation, and timely communication when handling customer orders.
Aside from administrative work, I have experience supporting jewelry live selling and social media activities. I help prepare promotional content, organize product information, assist customers, coordinate orders, and support the overall online selling process.
I am comfortable working with Google Sheets and other online tools for organizing and monitoring data. I am detail-oriented and make sure information is updated and properly recorded.
I am highly coachable and willing to learn new systems, tools, and processes. I follow instructions carefully, ask questions when needed, and adapt quickly to new tasks. I can work independently while also communicating well with the team.
I am looking for a long-term remote opportunity where I can use my experience in jewelry e-commerce, administration, customer service, order management, and logistics to provide reliable support and help the business grow.
I am hardworking, trustworthy, organized, and committed to delivering quality work on time.
