• Retrieving timesheets on mailbox sent by the travelers.
• Verified and submitted timekeeping information for accurate and efficient payroll processing.

• Communicate with the travelers regarding their total worked hours for the week.

PLACEMENTS & ONBOARDING
• Check needed documents to create placements for new hires and extended travelers.
• Create placement by entering the information on Salesforce and Xenqu.
• Worked closely with new hires, answering questions, and addressing various concerns during
onboarding process.
• Helped new hires complete and submit required paperwork, set up benefits accounts, and initiate
direct deposits.
• Collate and request all needed documents for onboarding and work order processing.
• Process work orders in TKO and onboard newly hired and extended travelers.
• Enter billing details in Placement (Salesforce).
• Performed calculations in overtime, vacation, and sick hours to provide accurate data to payroll
processing database.
