· 10+ years recruitment experience with strong knowledge in full cycle recruitment process and solid experience working in the following US markets: IT, Accounting & Financial, Insurance, Healthcare, Media/Digital, etc.
· Proficient in MS Office applications; self-motivated, with an intense interest in new technologies and their applications and the ability to learn quickly.
· Effective interpersonal and English communication skills; customer-focused with strong experience in customer service and recruitment.
· Effective team player; adept at organizing and prioritizing workloads to maximize productivity without compromising the quality and accuracy.
· Experienced in recruitment, customer service, accounting, data entry, and administrative works.
