I worked for more than 16 years in the field of Human Resources in the U.A.E. and 5 years in government entities locally. I recently worked as a Manager of the employee relations department with 9 colleagues under my supervision. My recent responsibilities were, to oversee and support the team for contracts, pre-employment, mobilization, demobilization and other related formalities of contracted employees and to provide assistance in company’s business development for existing and potential clients.
