For the past three years, I have been a teacher at BRPCSI, managing students from Grades 7, 11, and 12. This role has refined my ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and stay organized under pressure. In addition to my teaching role, I have been working as a Social Media Manager for nearly two years, where I planned and created content, managed online engagement, and analyzed performance metrics to support brand growth.
Prior to this, I worked in the call center industry for three years, where I developed strong customer service and problem-solving skills while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. These experiences have taught me the value of professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive communication.
What sets me apart is my ability to stay calm, efficient, and resourceful while managing multiple responsibilities. Whether it's calendar and inbox management, research, data entry, customer support, or social media coordination, I bring a strong work ethic, tech-savviness, and a genuine commitment to delivering quality results.
