I am currently an Associate Tax Director specializing in taxation and corporate law, with extensive experience working with multinational companies. My practice covers tax audits, corporate restructuring, corporate secretarial services, legal research, as well as estate and wealth planning. In addition to my corporate work, I teach Labor Law and Obligations and Contracts Law to Business Administration students at the college level.
