I have been a line leader and a production operator at the same time, manpower alignment and daily production releases for each day to day material releases is my job. I have worked in a semi-conductor company for more than 28 years and just availed an early retirement. If age is a plus point, I am 58 years old but still willing to seek for a job to try my ability in a different point of view.
