My main objective is to provide my client with 100% satisfaction for whatever task that is given to me. I worked in a BPO company for over 6 years as a Technical Support for a Known Antivirus Program. I have learned to analyze customer problems and provide them with immediate resolutions. I have handled numerous responsibilities such as Floor Support, Outbound calls, taking Live Escalation, and doing Reports using Microsoft Excel. I have explored and ventured out to a different account for the past few years. I have experience in a Telco or Telecommunication account which is the toughest I have handled. I worked as a Reservation specialist in an Australian Account for almost 7 years. I am seeking more opportunities in the comfort of my home and family where my skill set matches the company's needs and where I can use all the knowledge that I have learned in different accounts.
