- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating regular meetings, feedback sessions, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement and ensure alignment.
- Facilitate the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, within the project team
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and prioritize requirements.
- Translate high-level business needs into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the product owner to refine and groom the product backlog.
