As SME, we stand as a trainer, support and motivator. We train new hires about the process and workflow of a certain project. We do floor support during productive hours to assist TMs. We also motivate TMs to do their best to achieve good scorecards. We also coordinate directly with the clients to give feedback about the process and give suggestions for improvement.
