Throughout the years, I have gained relevant experiences that I can use in this field. I am a hard working individual with commitment for continuous learning. Over the years, I've strengthened my ability to multitask, communicate, and manage my time. When I transitioned to the BPO sector as a CSR, I have proven my ability to uphold confidentiality and exercise caution when handling the customer's sensitive information. We are also responsible in providing them the proper resolution for their concern. I was able to gain the trust of my administrator and was able to help my colleagues pass their metrics. This also helped me build up my skills in problem solving, critical thinking and decision making.
