Before becoming a VA, I spent over a decade in the BPO industry. I started in 2011 right after school and got promoted to Team Leader in 2015. I led teams primarily in content moderation and trust & safety, handling tasks like seller verification and financial crime reviews. I was also responsible for creating team schedules, training new tea-----------mbers, and launching programs both locally and abroad, including deployments to Sofia and Kuala Lumpur to train agents and leaders.
