Recently, I completed training in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), where I gained hands-on knowledge in insurance verification, eligibility and benefits verification, claims processing, EOB interpretation, and calculating patient financial responsibility. I was also trained in claim preparation and submission, denial assistance, and payer follow-ups to support timely reimbursements. In addition, I received training in using the Jane App, including patient scheduling and billing-related workflows, which strengthened my ability to navigate healthcare systems and administrative processes.
