Encoding of Daily Time Records of employees and faculty.
Filing and sorting of documents for safekeeping.
Sorting and releasing the Certifications and Service records of requesting Faculty and Administrative employees.
Routing documents to the offices.
Performing other tasks as may be required.
Receiving and encoding incoming and outgoing communications in the office.
