An educator by profession with solid research and communication skills, he has juggled multifarious roles and come to not just succeed but also to learn the ropes of his profession. He finished his Masters in ASEAN Studies from University of the Philippines - Open University, and has taken units in Doctor of Philosophy in Southeast Asian Studies in Centro Escolar University – Manila. To solidify his background in his field of expertise, he finished certificate courses in University of London on Diplomacy and Certificate in Organizational Analysis at Stanford University as a scholar. Currently, he is now on his last semester in taking up academic subjects for his Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management at University of Batangas Graduate School. He also finished a six-month course in Online and Distance Learning Management at De La Salle Manila, and an executive course in Remote Teaching and Learning in UP Open University.
Last December 2022, he passed the Certified Hyflex Education examination and was granted the title Certified Hyflex ----------- the same year, he was elected as one of the Board of Trustees, and Treasurer of the Association of ASEAN Students of the Philippines (ASAP). As a researcher himself, he has published two research papers, two action research studies, and two ongoing research projects that are institutionally sponsored.
For two consecutive years (-----------), he was awarded by the UB College of Education as the Most Influential Teacher of the year. He serves as the school publications adviser of the nationally acclaimed The Westernian Pioneer and former Associate Editor of Diyip, Research Journal.
