As Operations Manager, I am responsible for all aspects of all ----------- running the hotel, supporting my team is one of my biggest task, from the Front Desk/Reception, Food and Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Purchasing, H.R. and Accounting. I make sure that Standard Operating Procedure is being followed for us to give our best to our guests and visitors. My office is always open for the Staff specifically the Head of each departments to raise their concerns about the operation of the resort/hotel. Identifying all department's needs and assistance with development is being given special attention. Likewise monitoring on how to give our best to our service.
Some of the pre-requisite which I possess are: I am highly focused, have good communication skills and knowledgeable in microsoft word and excel.
