I started my HR career in 2024 at Primary Group of Builders as an HR Specialist, where I focused on recruitment.
Currently, I am part of Maayo Leisure Group, where I specialize in Talent Acquisition while also supporting various areas of Human Resources. My responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding and new hire processing.
Beyond recruitment, I assist in addressing employee concerns, managing workplace behavior, handling employee relations, and supporting disciplinary and industrial relations cases. I serve as a point person for both employees and management, ensuring smooth communication and a positive work environment.
