I am currently working as a Customer Support Manager for a specialized, AI-driven, data-focused web design and conversion optimization platform designed exclusively for credit unions and banks. My main role is to support clients with their website needs. I used to be the Website Implementation Coordinator where my main role was to take the template pages created by the designers and making the website come to file. I worked on over 50 websites over the course of 5 years.

I worked as a Software Programmer / Analyst, for the previous 3 years, supporting the various Information Systems. I was able to retrieve data through MySQL / MSSQL. I had experience with PHP, JavaScript, C# but I can't call myself an expert yet.
