Being a Material Control Engineer for 8 years, I know very well in receiving, inspecting and storing items. My general duties include processing items, placing shipment codes, keeping the receiving area organized and using logistics information systems. Plan and monitor the material requisition against actual delivery and ensure quality standard, accuracy and completeness of materials is met. Ensure all materials maintain its minimum stock quantity and availability to avoid delays in production. Also, I assigned in implementation of production processes and procedures, leading productivity improvements, including new product introduction and improve quality and safety and reduce operating costs.
