I am a Bar Passer and a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. I graduated with distinction from one of the top law schools in the Philippines. During my law school years, I was academically excellent by being a consistent dean's lister. On top of this, I was a recipient of the Evelio Javier Leadership award during our graduation. While managing my academic load, I was also an active member of various organizations in the law school.
At present, I have a wide experience in labor and employment law, which includes labor litigation, contract reviews, due diligence, legal writing and research, and preparation of legal opinions, among others. I have also various experiences in data privacy, corporation law, and criminal law. On a day to day basis, I review and examine documents, prepare and draft pleadings and opinions, and manage and talk to clients.
All in all, I can say that I am a very flexible individual. I am willing to learn and adapt to different cultures and management styles. Kindly note that my rate is negotiable, depending on the task.
