I have been with my current firm, JP Morgan Chase & Co., for a total of 9 years.. I am very fluid when it comes to changes and movement. I have volunteered numerous times for positions in new accounts or pilot -----------om handling Chase branded credit card inquiries, I moved to partner card inquiries then I applied for the pilot account wherein we had to assist both retail and credit card ----------- fact, after a year in the cross functional position I was selected a coach in a pool of many great talents, wherein I assisted 15 - 20 new hires on trainings. Classroom facilitation, coaching and call auditing where my main duties. I then moved to another department where in I have to handle both managed and non-managed investment accounts calls and emails from Advisors & Bankers asking for assistance on policy and ----------- w, I am looking for growth and of course an additional and higher pay grade.
I am a learner. I am always interested in new things. When I begin to understand something, I am fixated and eager to master it. I don't give up on it until I am able to teach it. And that’s the best thing I can bring.
