I have 2 years experience in a BPO both as a Customer Support Rep and as a Trainer for an Australian Insurance ----------- there, I did phone and email support to customers and a process trainers for the new comers.
I am pretty new to virtual assistance world and so far have done Amazon Product Research for US and EU market places. I am a self starter and a quick learner. All I have learned with regard to Online Arbitrage product research are from watching Youtube tutorials. I mainly use SellerAmp and Keepa to find leads. My practical experience with Seller Central is limited to just checking whether an item is gated or ungated. I understand there are many other tools out there and I am confident I can quickly learn to navigate them to succeed in the task and be an efficient VA.
