About 7years of experience in Human Resource primarily in Recruitment and Sourcing doing both volume and niche hiring, from G&A to technical functions. With that, I have had the opportunity to work with people from different walks of life, whether local or foreign. Foremost I did candidate and requisition management from sourcing to hiring – which entails boolean searches for sourcing targeted roles; a lot of phone time (scheduled interviews and/or cold calling); advert creation; social media and job portal postings; and documentation/data recording.
I consider myself highly passionate in learning and being well-rounded in my workplace. Whenever there is something that I feel I lack I would be proactive to ask my colleagues or research about it, one reason why I became pretty comfortable with Excel. That is why I was always given opportunities to do tasks above my can. During my few months with Motif Ltd I was tasked to prepare reports and presentations for ManCo-----------etings.
Aside from my corporate role, I also liked planning and organizing events.
