I've been in the BPO industry since 2011 and started my recruitment career in the middle of 2014 until 2023. Currently, I am a QA in the healthcare industry, where I prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and hold regular calibration sessions, which include conducting side-by-side task monitoring and feedback sessions with teammates and team leaders. Before I became a QA, I was taking calls about updating and filing claims, billing questions, and issues that concern their account.
During my time in the recruitment industry, I reviewed job descriptions, found and contacted qualified candidates, and worked with managers to complete the hiring process. Moreover, I have used a variety of recruiting tools like CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, TheLadders, The Upwork platform, and ATS/CRM platforms like BigBiller, BullHorn, and Salesforce (Classic and Lightning).
