As a guest service assistant, there are several skills that are important for success in the role. These skills can help to provide exceptional customer service, create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure their overall satisfaction. As a guest service assistant I should be able to listen actively to the guests needs and provide clear instructions or assistance and being able to communicate courteously and professionally over the phone. As a guest service assistant my primary goal is to provide outstanding customer service.
