I’m a Licensed Mechanical Engineer currently working as a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor and Estimator, with over 3 years of experience in the field specializing in water and wastewater treatment industry.
My current work involves preparing detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and proposals for water and water treatment plant mechanical systems focused on inter-process connection piping layouts. I’m proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and On-Screen Takeoff (OST) for accurate estimating and documentation. I am currently working in an Estimating Firm based on the Philippines that serves a large construction firm in the U.S. I also have a strong background in equipment sizing, specification review, and process design from my engineering field experience.
I’m currently open for part-time remote work (about 4 hours per day), where I can contribute to project estimation, documentation, and design support tasks.
